La construcci\u00f3n incluye una estructura met\u00e1lica<\/strong>, que ser\u00e1 ejecutada por la empresa Metaltec<\/strong>, reconocida por su experiencia y altos est\u00e1ndares de calidad en este tipo de obras.<\/p>\n

Con el respaldo de contratos adheridos a PROFECO<\/strong> y un fideicomiso firmado, el proyecto garantiza seguridad y confianza a los compradores. Las licencias y permisos necesarios est\u00e1n en regla, lo que permiti\u00f3 que las obras iniciaran en octubre de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n
