Seg\u00fan Schulze, cadenas como Ikos, Excellence Group, y marcas globales como Hyatt y Marriott est\u00e1n liderando esta tendencia al ofrecer propiedades que combinan gastronom\u00eda gourmet, servicio personalizado y comodidades exclusivas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa proporci\u00f3n de reservas en propiedades de 5 estrellas ha aumentado un 125 % desde 2019, destacando el inter\u00e9s por estas experiencias premium\u201d, afirma Schulze.<\/p>\n<p>Esta evoluci\u00f3n no solo atrae a viajeros tradicionales de Norteam\u00e9rica y Europa; tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 ganando terreno en Asia. En pa\u00edses como India, Indonesia y Vietnam, el 61 % de los viajeros consideran los paquetes todo incluido como una opci\u00f3n principal, seg\u00fan investigaciones de Expedia Group.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un cambio generacional<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Otro factor clave en el auge de las vacaciones todo incluido es el inter\u00e9s de las generaciones m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes. Los viajeros de la Generaci\u00f3n Z, en particular, est\u00e1n redefiniendo este mercado. Dos de cada cinco Gen Z prefieren resorts todo incluido, motivados por la simplicidad, la ausencia de estr\u00e9s y la sensaci\u00f3n de lujo que ofrecen estos paquetes. Schulze comenta que \u201clas redes sociales, especialmente TikTok, han influido en esta percepci\u00f3n positiva, popularizando el modelo todo incluido entre los j\u00f3venes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Schulze destaca que este auge representa una gran oportunidad para los socios de viaje. Las empresas deben adaptarse a las expectativas de los diferentes segmentos demogr\u00e1ficos y priorizar la calidad superior. Herramientas digitales, ofertas exclusivas y soluciones publicitarias son esenciales para captar la atenci\u00f3n de estos nuevos viajeros.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl \u00e9xito radica en comprender c\u00f3mo variar las experiencias seg\u00fan el p\u00fablico objetivo. Las familias, los jubilados y los Gen Z tienen necesidades distintas, pero todos valoran un servicio excepcional y comodidades exclusivas\u201d, afirma Schulze. Adem\u00e1s, recalca la importancia de ofrecer bebidas premium, colaboraciones con chefs reconocidos y un contacto continuo con los hu\u00e9spedes mediante tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>A medida que las vacaciones todo incluido contin\u00faan ganando popularidad, Schulze est\u00e1 convencido de que las empresas que innoven y adapten su oferta estar\u00e1n mejor posicionadas para capitalizar esta tendencia. \u201cLa demanda seguir\u00e1 creciendo, especialmente en Asia, donde m\u00e1s de la mitad de los viajeros consideran estos paquetes entre sus principales opciones para los pr\u00f3ximos 12
