Canc\u00fan, Q. R., a 09 de enero de 2025.- El Ayuntamiento de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n y Bienestar Animal, inform\u00f3 que se imputar\u00e1 sanci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica a la propietaria del domicilio en donde se encontr\u00f3 a una perrita ahorcada, en el fraccionamiento Paseo de Las Palmas de la Supermanzana 259.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo a la dependencia, el d\u00eda martes 7 de enero se recibi\u00f3 el reporte sobre un canino sin vida en un domicilio de la Sm 259, en donde personal de Bienestar Animal apoyados por la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana acudieron a verificar los hechos. Al llegar, fueron recibidos por la propietaria del inmueble, quien permiti\u00f3 el acceso para la recuperaci\u00f3n del animal.<\/p>\n

El can color negro y cachorro se encontr\u00f3 recostado sobre la loza del techo, con una cadena met\u00e1lica, un cable, sin trastos de agua o comida y sin estructura que resguardara al perro de la intemperie. De inmediato se procedi\u00f3 a la recuperaci\u00f3n del cuerpo para ser trasladado a la Direcci\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n y Bienestar Animal, con el fin de que fuera revisado por los m\u00e9dicos veterinarios en cumplimiento al procedimiento interno correspondiente.<\/p>\n

Conforme al dictamen m\u00e9dico, el ejemplar canino hembra de aproximadamente 3 a 4 meses de edad, de raza criolla, presentaba peso bajo, o\u00eddos sucios, nariz seca, ojos sin signos cl\u00ednicos aparentes, mucosas p\u00e1lidas, piel y pelo sucio; as\u00ed como un hematoma visible y lesi\u00f3n en el cuello, y p\u00fastulas (afecci\u00f3n cut\u00e1nea) en todo el abdomen, y aparente distensi\u00f3n cervical e inflamaci\u00f3n de cabeza, ya que se presume el animal pas\u00f3 mucho tiempo con una presi\u00f3n considerable en el cuello.<\/p>\n

Aunado a lo anterior, a la ciudadana visitada se le dej\u00f3 citatorio para que se presentara el d\u00eda 8 de enero a las 11:00 de la ma\u00f1ana en dicha dependencia; sin embargo, hizo caso omiso a las indicaciones, por lo que se proceder\u00e1 a una sanci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica por los da\u00f1os a la integridad f\u00edsica del canino.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
