Sus bombones de ajonjol\u00ed negro, lavanda con miel y maracuy\u00e1 cautivaron al jurado en una cata a ciegas, llev\u00e1ndose el m\u00e1ximo honor en el Sal\u00f3n del Chocolate de Par\u00eds.<\/p>\n
Este logro es un motivo de orgullo para M\u00e9xico, pues de los 20 premios otorgados, solo dos fueron para chocolateros extranjeros, y uno de ellos fue para Castillo. Su chocolater\u00eda Que Bo!<\/em>, ubicada en Polanco, ha sido su carta de presentaci\u00f3n al mundo, destacando el valor del cacao criollo y los ingredientes aut\u00f3ctonos del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\nCon m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada dentro de la prestigiosa gu\u00eda, este reconocimiento no es casualidad, sino el resultado de a\u00f1os de dedicaci\u00f3n y perfeccionamiento.
