implementaci\u00f3n efectiva de los procedimientos orales en los juzgados c\u00edvicos del Ayuntamiento de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, que garantice que los jueces, defensores, notificadores y personal administrativo, cuenten con los conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos y habilidades necesarias para aplicar los principios\u00a0 que rigen el modelo de justicia c\u00edvica oral, inici\u00f3 el \u201cCurso de Justicia C\u00edvica\u201d, que constar\u00e1 de 9 m\u00f3dulos, con el objetivo resguardar los aspectos vinculados a la operaci\u00f3n del nuevo Modelo Homologado, considerado una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica que pretende ofrecer una atenci\u00f3n integral a los infractores.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El municipio de Benito Ju\u00e1rez refuerza el Modelo Homologado de Justicia C\u00edvica Oral, que surge como una respuesta a la necesidad de modernizar y agilizar la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos en el \u00e1mbito administrativo y c\u00edvico y su implementaci\u00f3n es para garantizar procedimientos \u00e1giles, p\u00fablicos y transparentes, priorizar la conciliaci\u00f3n y la mediaci\u00f3n como herramientas fundamentales en la soluci\u00f3n de conflictos y reducir la reincidencia en faltas administrativas mediante sanciones proporcionales y alternativas como el trabajo comunitario.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El curso se realiz\u00f3 en el sal\u00f3n de conferencias \u201cMar\u00eda Teresa Castro R\u00edos\u201d del Poder Judicial del Estado, gracias a la gesti\u00f3n de la Presidenta Municipal, Ana Patricia Peralta, en conjunto con el Secretario General del Ayuntamiento, Pablo Guti\u00e9rrez Fern\u00e1ndez; el director de Juzgados C\u00edvicos, Jorge Rivero Pech y el Magistrado Presidente del Poder Judicial, Heyden Cebada Rivas, para que se pueda implementar el sistema en los juzgados c\u00edvicos.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La magistrada, Mariana D\u00e1vila Goerner, manifest\u00f3 la importancia de la Justicia C\u00edvica para el municipio de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, con el nuevo Modelo Homologado que cambia el paradigma de la visi\u00f3n que se ten\u00eda antiguamente en el tema c\u00edvico.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Esta nueva homologaci\u00f3n de justicia es una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica que busca mejorar la convivencia y prevenir la criminalidad, ya que busca ofrecer una atenci\u00f3n integral a los infractores, teniendo como caracter\u00edstica considerar los elementos del conflicto, adem\u00e1s de promover la cultura de la legalidad e incorporaci\u00f3n de audiencias p\u00fablicas.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Por lo tanto, D\u00e1vila Goerner imparti\u00f3 el tema Justicia C\u00edvica, mientras que el ponente, Ferm\u00edn Monje, explic\u00f3 a los participantes las \u201cResponsabilidades de los Servidores P\u00fablicos\u201d, siendo prioritarios para la homologaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Cabe hacer menci\u00f3n que esta capacitaci\u00f3n continuar\u00e1 el d\u00eda jueves 13 de febrero, con la ponencia del Proceso penal acusatorio y adversarial; el jueves 20, Transparencia, acceso a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y protecci\u00f3n de datos personales y Mecanismos alternativos de soluci\u00f3n de controversias; el viernes 21, Derechos humanos, Perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y tratamiento a grupos vulnerables; para concluir el martes 25, con Derecho municipal y justicia
