Canc\u00fan, Q. R., a 17 de febrero de 2025.- La presidenta municipal, Ana Paty Peralta, estuvo presente en el acto de autoridad realizado por autoridades municipales y estatales en un operativo promovido por la Secretar\u00eda de Ecolog\u00eda y\u00a0 Desarrollo Urbano para la clausura del desarrollo \u201cResidencial Hakuna Canc\u00fan\u201d, por ser irregular al no tener las anuencias correspondientes ante las instancias del gobierno municipal, estatal y federal.<\/div>\n

\u201cEstamos hoy clausurando otro supuesto fraccionamiento que se est\u00e1 publicitando y comercializando en redes sociales con el nombre de \u00b4Hakuna\u00b4, de manera ilegal porque no cuenta con ning\u00fan tipo de permiso, ni de la Secretar\u00eda de Ecolog\u00eda y Desarrollo Urbano, ni estatal as\u00ed como de ninguna autoridad del Gobierno de M\u00e9xico\u201d, dijo.<\/div>\n

Acompa\u00f1ada por la titular de esa dependencia, Nahielli Margarita Orozco Lozano, entre otros servidores p\u00fablicos, Ana Paty Peralta indic\u00f3 que se llev\u00f3 a cabo el operativo en coordinaci\u00f3n con personal de la Procuradur\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente (PPA), para colocar los sellos de clausura correspondientes a cada instancia.<\/div>\n

\u201cLes pedimos a todos los cancunenses que antes de comprar se certifiquen, antes de invertir en su patrimonio, que constaten que es un desarrollo irregular, porque si no el d\u00eda de ma\u00f1ana no va a tener servicios y van a estar incurriendo en la ilegalidad.
