Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, M\u00e9xico.- En un esfuerzo por enfrentar el creciente desempleo juvenil y ofrecer nuevas oportunidades laborales, el senador por Quintana Roo Eugenio \u00abGino\u00bb Segura, acompa\u00f1ado del diputado local Eric Arcila Arjona, present\u00f3 en el Senado de la Rep\u00fablica la propuesta de la Ley Nacional de Acceso al Primer Empleo.<\/div>\n

El senador subray\u00f3 la urgencia de crear condiciones que favorezcan el acceso de los j\u00f3venes al mercado laboral.<\/div>\n

Gino Segura y Eric Arcila mostraron su preocupaci\u00f3n por la falta de oportunidades que enfrentan las juventudes en su transici\u00f3n del \u00e1mbito educativo al profesional. \u201cEs importante que los j\u00f3venes tengan mayores condiciones laborales y obtengan salarios dignos \u201d, dijo el senador.<\/div>\n

Por su parte, Eric Arcila destac\u00f3 que \u201cesta ley que promueve el senador busca solucionar los problemas reales que enfrentan los j\u00f3venes al ingresar al mercado laboral\u201d, dijo.<\/div>\n

La propuesta, seg\u00fan detallaron, establece un enfoque integral que combina est\u00edmulos fiscales, programas de capacitaci\u00f3n, protecci\u00f3n social y mecanismos de transparencia.<\/div>\n

El objetivo es cerrar la brecha entre la educaci\u00f3n formal y las demandas del mercado laboral, ofreciendo opciones laborales de calidad para los reci\u00e9n egresados.<\/div>\n

La legislaci\u00f3n planteada incluye seis objetivos fundamentales:<\/div>\n
Uno, incentivar la contrataci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes de 18 a 29 a\u00f1os sin experiencia laboral previa; dos, generar nuevos empleos a trav\u00e9s de incentivos fiscales para los empleadores; y tres, promover programas de capacitaci\u00f3n continua para una transici\u00f3n m\u00e1s efectiva al mundo laboral.<\/div>\n

El cuarto objetivo pone especial \u00e9nfasis en la equidad de g\u00e9nero e inclusi\u00f3n, buscando garantizar que j\u00f3venes en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad tambi\u00e9n puedan acceder a su primer empleo en condiciones dignas.<\/div>\n

La iniciativa tiene como quinto objetivo hacer que esta experiencia laboral sea formal y de calidad; y\u00a0 el sexto, plantea la capacitaci\u00f3n constante para asegurar la competitividad laboral de los j\u00f3venes frente a los cambios en el entorno productivo y tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/div>\n
