Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, 1 de abril de 2025.\u2014 La presidenta municipal de Playa del Carmen, Estefan\u00eda Mercado entreg\u00f3 este d\u00eda la obra de rehabilitaci\u00f3n y remodelaci\u00f3n del parque Rayadores, ubicado en el fraccionamiento Villas del Sol, donde se invirtieron casi 3 millones de pesos, en beneficio de m\u00e1s de 23 mil habitantes.<\/div>\n

\u201cHacemos entrega de este espacio p\u00fablico a los vecinos de Villas del Sol; se trata de un parque que estuvo abandonado por el gobierno del pasado, pero hoy tiene un nuevo rostro, donde ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y todas las familias tienen un lugar seguro y en buenas condiciones para su sano esparcimiento\u201d, dijo la Alcaldesa.<\/div>\n

Acompa\u00f1ada por el subsecretario de Infraestructura y Obras P\u00fablicas, Edgar Zapata, destac\u00f3 que el parque \u201cvuelve a sus verdaderos due\u00f1os: el pueblo\u201d.<\/div>\n

Estefan\u00eda Mercado, quien salud\u00f3 a vecinos de la zona, recorri\u00f3 el parque Rayadores, donde se realizaron trabajos de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de andadores y juegos infantiles, \u00e1rea y equipo para ejercicio, postes y luminarias, cancha de b\u00e1squetbol, malla perimetral de la cancha de f\u00fatbol r\u00e1pido, muros y pintura.<\/div>\n

En esta obra se invirtieron 2.9 millones de pesos, correspondiente al presupuesto participativo, es decir, que la misma comunidad lo decidi\u00f3, en beneficio de m\u00e1s de 23 mil habitantes de la zona.<\/div>\n

De esta manera, el Gobierno de Playa del Carmen cumple a los habitantes con espacios limpios y seguros, bajo los principios transformadores que promueven la presidenta de M\u00e9xico, Claudia Sheinbaum, y la gobernadora de Quintana Roo, Mara Lezama.<\/div>\n
