{"id":851,"date":"2012-12-04T17:48:02","date_gmt":"2012-12-04T17:48:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=851"},"modified":"2012-12-07T14:21:45","modified_gmt":"2012-12-07T20:21:45","slug":"carta-del-director-%e2%80%a2-mariana-orea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=851","title":{"rendered":"Carta del Director \u2022 Mariana Orea"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Al margen del <strong>fin del mundo<\/strong>, al margen de la<strong> crisis econ\u00f3mica<\/strong>, no hay que desde\u00f1ar en lo absoluto que ante un nuevo ciclo se debe revalorizar lo que se ha hecho, y bien.<\/p>\n<p>Quiz\u00e1 porque es condici\u00f3n humana que en tiempos de gran tribulaci\u00f3n es cuando tendemos a valorar m\u00e1s y mejor&#8230; Quiz\u00e1\u00a0 por un cambio de conciencia&#8230; Acaso por la nostalgia propia de la \u00e9poca. Y es tambi\u00e9n nuestro caso.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00ed, estamos a la espera de recuperarnos de <strong>la resaca econ\u00f3mica mundial<\/strong>, de la mala imagen de marca pa\u00eds que hemos desatado nosotros -y nadie m\u00e1s que nosotros- medi\u00e1ticamente, y sin embargo tenemos -y debemos- mucho que celebrar en este fin o nueva era a la alta, con nuevas inversiones tangibles, el ingreso de nuevos cuartos en nuestras dos fortalezas tur\u00edsticas: <strong>Canc\u00fan <\/strong>y<strong> Riviera Maya<\/strong>; mayor conexi\u00f3n a\u00e9rea, la reactivaci\u00f3n de productos inmobiliarios, y por nuestra parte la pr\u00f3xima salida de un nuevo producto editorial a 10 a\u00f1os de la fundaci\u00f3n de nuestra revista m\u00e1ster, <strong>Latitud 21<\/strong>, L\u00edderes y Negocios en el Caribe Mexicano, un producto period\u00edstico concebido para contar las historias de quienes han construido este para\u00edso inventado, que no ha sido cualquier cosa, ni exclusiva de los mexicanos.<\/p>\n<p>Y esa es la raz\u00f3n del personaje de nuestra portada, el chipriota Lakis Charalambous, presidente de <strong>Grupo Olympus Tours<\/strong>, celebrando en este inicio de la nueva era 18 a\u00f1os de exitosas operaciones como una de las m\u00e1s s\u00f3lidas agencias de viajes receptivas, cuya diversificaci\u00f3n le ha permitido su vigencia dentro de una industria, parad\u00f3jicamente, intangible y que ha podido surfear en la cresta de la ola entre la era del Internet, la globalizaci\u00f3n y la decadencia de la cultura de servicios.<\/p>\n<p>A casi dos d\u00e9cadas, <strong>Grupo Olympus<\/strong>, con una movilizaci\u00f3n de 500 mil turistas a cierre de a\u00f1o, celebra su internacionalizaci\u00f3n a uno de los destinos m\u00e1s prometedores del Caribe, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, su incursi\u00f3n a la venta de camas online y su retribuci\u00f3n a su segunda patria con la generaci\u00f3n de 400 fuentes de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Y s\u00ed, estamos en una \u00e9poca de renacimiento, de esperanza y de revalorar a quienes siguen construyendo nuestra historia empresarial y social&#8230; a
