The Dolphin Company, operador de parques\u00a0de presencia mundial, se consolida como punta de lanza en materia de bienestar laboral, inaugurando una sala de lactancia, el Sal\u00f3n Frida, un espacio para sus colaboradoras en las oficinas centrales de Canc\u00fan.<\/p>\n

El Sal\u00f3n Frida, nombrado en honor a una de las delfines embajadoras de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, ha sido dise\u00f1ado para brindar a las madres trabajadoras un entorno c\u00f3modo y adecuado para la lactancia. Equipado con mobiliario especializado y un refrigerador para la conservaci\u00f3n de la leche materna, este espacio representa un paso importante hacia el apoyo integral de las madres trabajadoras. La iniciativa fue desarrollada en colaboraci\u00f3n con Universal Wellness, el\u00a0asesor de bienestar laboral de The Dolphin Company.<\/p>\n

La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) recomienda la lactancia materna exclusiva durante los primeros seis meses de vida, destacando sus beneficios para fortalecer el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico del beb\u00e9 y reducir las enfermedades infantiles en un 45%. Sin embargo, en M\u00e9xico, solo el 23% de las empresas cuentan con espacios adecuados para esta pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n
