Con un incremento del 5% en el n\u00famero de visitantes durante los primeros dos meses del a\u00f1o, en comparaci\u00f3n con 2024, esta plaza reafirma su papel como un punto clave de compras y esparcimiento en el Caribe Mexicano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este crecimiento se suma a la tendencia de recuperaci\u00f3n y transformaci\u00f3n del sector, donde otros centros comerciales como Parque Tepeyac, Mundo E y Andares, tambi\u00e9n han registrado aumentos significativos en su tr\u00e1fico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Visitantes dinamizan las compras<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El crecimiento de Las Am\u00e9ricas Canc\u00fan est\u00e1 estrechamente ligado a la importancia del turismo en la regi\u00f3n. Se estima que entre el 15% y el 20% de los visitantes de los centros comerciales en destinos tur\u00edsticos provienen del extranjero o de otras partes del pa\u00eds, especialmente en temporada vacacional. En los \u00faltimos meses, diversos incidentes de violencia han afectado a algunas plazas comerciales del pa\u00eds, y Canc\u00fan no ha sido la excepci\u00f3n, lo que genera preocupaci\u00f3n entre visitantes y comerciantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para garantizar la continuidad de este crecimiento, es crucial que autoridades y empresarios trabajen en conjunto para reforzar las medidas de seguridad y garantizar la integridad de clientes y trabajadores.
