{"id":87966,"date":"2025-07-02T11:25:44","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T16:25:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=87966"},"modified":"2025-07-02T11:25:44","modified_gmt":"2025-07-02T16:25:44","slug":"distinciones-michelin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=87966","title":{"rendered":"Distinciones\u00a0Michelin"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>Carta del Director<\/li>\n<li><b>Amador Guti\u00e9rrez Guigui<\/b><\/li>\n<li>agutierrez@latitud21.com.mx<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>@AmadorG_G<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El pasado mes de junio el estado de Quintana Roo tuvo la visita de la presidenta de M\u00e9xico, <b>Claudia Sheinbaum<\/b>, que fue recibida por la gobernadora <b>Mara Lezama<\/b> en el aeropuerto de Tulum, y ambas certificaron el avance de la construcci\u00f3n del Hospital General de Felipe Carrillo Puerto. Es importante decir que el sector salud siempre necesitar\u00e1 una constante inversi\u00f3n, p\u00fablica o privada.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En lo privado, el grupo hospitalario Amerimed ha mostrado crecimiento, bajo la gu\u00eda de Rafael Espino como inversionista principal, cuenta con varias sedes en el sureste mexicano.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En otros menesteres, ahora estamos en el verano y el ciclo escolar ha culminado, permitiendo que los destinos tur\u00edsticos quintanarroenses reciban un turismo familiar. El consumo impacta en los restaurantes y hospedajes, pero tambi\u00e9n en lo local, fuera de las zonas consideradas tur\u00edsticas, dado que muchos visitantes llegan a AirBnb o en zonas habitaciones de familiares o conocidos, mezcl\u00e1ndose con la gente local.<\/p>\n<p>El grupo empresarial Xcaret no deja de sorprender de manera positiva, invirtiendo en m\u00e1s infraestructura tur\u00edstica en la entidad; la secretaria de Turismo federal, <b>Josefina Rodr\u00edguez<\/b>, la mandataria estatal, y dem\u00e1s autoridades de diferentes niveles de gobierno, acompa\u00f1aron a los propietarios encabezados por el arquitecto <b>Miguel Quintana Pali<\/b>, los hermanos <b>Constandse<\/b>, y dem\u00e1s familiares que hoy fungen como altos directivos de este conglomerado dedicado al gremio tur\u00edstico, quienes inauguraron la ampliaci\u00f3n evolutiva del Hotel Xcaret M\u00e9xico en la Riviera Maya.<\/p>\n<p>Y hablando de la industria sin chimeneas, pero en el sector gastron\u00f3mico, ya se dieron a conocer los premios anuales para condecorar a los restaurantes que ameriten estrellas de la Gu\u00eda Michelin, y M\u00e9xico no pudo quedarse afuera. Los mejores restaurantes se encuentran en la capital del pa\u00eds, con dos Estrellas que son Quintonil y Pujol, pero en Quintana Roo tambi\u00e9n hay restaurantes que son certificados con una Estrella: Cocina de Autor Riviera Maya, Ha\u2019 y Le Chique. Y sobre este \u00faltimo restaurante hay que decir que en nuestra portada de julio llevamos a su chef <b>Jonatan G\u00f3mez Luna<\/b>, ganador del Premio Michelin M\u00e9xico 2025 al Mentor Chef.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La afamada Gu\u00eda tambi\u00e9n considera a otros negocios de alimentos y bebidas en Quintana Roo como lo son Arca, Autor, Bu\u2019ul, Casa Banana, El Fog\u00f3n, Hartwood, Ki\u2019is (Nuevo), Kiosco Verde, Casa de las Mayoras, Mar\u00eda Dolores, N\u00fc Tulum, Wild y Woodend. Si bien es cierto no tienen Estrella, podr\u00edan estar en la antesala de conseguirla&#8230;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hay que estar atentos a las depresiones tropicales, calores, lluvias, vientos y dem\u00e1s fen\u00f3menos meteorol\u00f3gicos, dado que ya estamos en la \u00e9poca.
