Y esta vez, Quintana Roo no solo reafirma su presencia, sino que se posiciona como uno de los grandes protagonistas del escenario gastron\u00f3mico nacional.<\/p>\n<p>A solo un a\u00f1o de su llegada a M\u00e9xico, la Gu\u00eda Michelin ha fortalecido su selecci\u00f3n con nuevos galardones que reflejan la diversidad, excelencia y creatividad culinaria del pa\u00eds.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En esta segunda edici\u00f3n, 21 restaurantes fueron reconocidos con una estrella Michelin, dos con dos estrellas, y 50 recibieron el distintivo Bib Gourmand por su excelente relaci\u00f3n calidad-precio.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Quintana Roo brill\u00f3 no solo por mantener su lugar en la \u00e9lite, sino tambi\u00e9n por consolidar el prestigio de chefs que hoy marcan pauta a nivel internacional.<\/p>\n<p>De hecho, ha conquistado los reflectores de la Gu\u00eda Michelin no solo como un destino tur\u00edstico de clase mundial, sino como un epicentro de creatividad culinaria en constante evoluci\u00f3n. Su cocina, herencia de sabores mayas y mestizos, se ha transformado en una propuesta gourmet capaz de rivalizar con las capitales gastron\u00f3micas del mundo.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Al ratificar estrellas a los restaurantes galardonados en 2024: Le Chique, Cocina de Autor Riviera Maya y Ha\u2019 (restaurante insignia del Hotel Xcaret), la edici\u00f3n 2025 de la Gu\u00eda Michelin confirma que el Caribe mexicano ya no es solo sin\u00f3nimo de playas paradis\u00edacas, sino tambi\u00e9n de mesas memorables.<\/p>\n<p>Estos tres restaurantes no solo comparten una estrella, sino una filosof\u00eda: reinterpretar ingredientes tradicionales de la regi\u00f3n con t\u00e9cnica, pasi\u00f3n y una narrativa que honra el pasado mientras innova hacia el futuro.
