As\u00ed lo confirma Joan Fr\u00edas, l\u00edder de Truth Finder Unit de McCann Worldgroup Hispanoam\u00e9rica, quien asegura que la regi\u00f3n vive un momento clave en la adopci\u00f3n de esta tecnolog\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cUno de los datos que m\u00e1s impacta de este estudio es que 9 de cada 10 consumidores est\u00e1n conscientes de que las marcas usan IA para alg\u00fan fin publicitario\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Fr\u00edas. \u201cYa no se trata de si la IA est\u00e1 presente, sino de c\u00f3mo las marcas la est\u00e1n utilizando y c\u00f3mo esa utilizaci\u00f3n es percibida por una audiencia cada vez m\u00e1s informada\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El estudio <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cHackeando el paradigma de la IA en LATAM 2024\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> encuest\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 1,600 consumidores con conocimientos tecnol\u00f3gicos. Los resultados muestran que el 76% de los latinoamericanos percibe un impacto positivo de la IA, mientras que M\u00e9xico lidera con 85% de optimismo, confirmando su potencial para la innovaci\u00f3n empresarial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Retail: compras m\u00e1s inteligentes<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La investigaci\u00f3n revela que aunque el 59% cree que la IA es una aliada del ser humano, solo la mitad de los usuarios la aprovecha para fines productivos. Sin embargo, los profesionales de marketing van un paso adelante: seg\u00fan Nielsen, el 71% planea usar IA para personalizar y optimizar campa\u00f1as.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acuerdo con Fr\u00edas, esto abre la puerta a oportunidades concretas en sectores estrat\u00e9gicos. \u201cLa Inteligencia Artificial est\u00e1 revolucionando desde la manera en que compramos hasta c\u00f3mo interactuamos con la tecnolog\u00eda en casa y consumimos productos masivos\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el sector comercio, la IA ya transforma la experiencia del cliente. \u201cVeremos c\u00f3mo mejora el comercio electr\u00f3nico con contenido visual din\u00e1mico, an\u00e1lisis predictivo e integraci\u00f3n del Internet de las Cosas\u201d, explic\u00f3 Fr\u00edas.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre sus beneficios destacan las recomendaciones personalizadas, precios din\u00e1micos y la optimizaci\u00f3n del inventario. Todo ello incrementa la lealtad del consumidor y reduce costos log\u00edsticos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Consumer Electronics: dispositivos que conversan<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El 59% de los encuestados asegura que la IA ya forma parte de su vida diaria, sobre todo en sus dispositivos m\u00f3viles. Fr\u00edas se\u00f1ala que la IA generativa ser\u00e1 un punto de inflexi\u00f3n, con asistentes m\u00e1s naturales y herramientas creativas inmediatas.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, la tecnolog\u00eda se perfila como aliada en sostenibilidad, al optimizar el consumo energ\u00e9tico y favorecer rutinas responsables. \u201cLa privacidad y la seguridad ser\u00e1n factores esenciales, con cifrado avanzado y modelos transparentes\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la industria de productos empaquetados, la IA impacta desde la investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo hasta la cadena de suministro. \u201cLas marcas que aprovechan la IA est\u00e1n logrando ciclos de
