{"id":88857,"date":"2025-09-01T10:36:08","date_gmt":"2025-09-01T15:36:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=88857"},"modified":"2025-09-06T10:36:55","modified_gmt":"2025-09-06T15:36:55","slug":"septiembre-muy-activo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=88857","title":{"rendered":"Septiembre\u00a0muy activo"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>Carta del Director<\/li>\n<li><b>Amador Guti\u00e9rrez Guigui<\/b><\/li>\n<li>agutierrez@latitud21.com.mx<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>@AmadorG_G<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Septiembre llega a Quintana Roo, y se dice que inicia la temporada baja para la ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera y llegada de visitantes, aunque ante la diversificaci\u00f3n de los atractivos tur\u00edsticos se mantiene el im\u00e1n hacia los destinos de la entidad para los turistas locales, nacionales e internacionales.<\/p>\n<p>Es un mes pol\u00edticamente informativo, dado que tanto la gobernadora<b> Mara Lezama<\/b> como los ediles de los 11 municipios dar\u00e1n a conocer sus informes de labores ante el Congreso local y cabildos, pero lo m\u00e1s importante, es que se dan a la sociedad en actos p\u00fablicos. A nivel nacional tambi\u00e9n lo realizar\u00e1 la mandataria federal <b>Claudia Sheinbaum.<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Por cierto, tambi\u00e9n entran los nuevos magistrados, ministros y jueces del sistema judicial del pa\u00eds y de los estados, quienes llegan bajo la elecci\u00f3n popular que trajo la nueva Reforma Judicial.<\/p>\n<p>En Quintana Roo el <b>Mtro. Heyden Jos\u00e9 Cebada Rivas<\/b> fungir\u00e1 nuevamente por cuatro a\u00f1os como magistrado presidente del Poder Judicial de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se instauran nuevos magistrados como <b>Elena Esmeralda Gonz\u00e1lez Flores, Omar Yael Landeros Rosado, Teresa de Jes\u00fas Villa Velasco, Jos\u00e9 Ra\u00fal Gal\u00e1n Muedano, Gabriela del Carmen Rodr\u00edguez D\u00edaz, Fabi\u00e1n Azael Gamboa Song, Wendy Fabiola Barrera Uc\u00e1n, Landy Beatriz Blanco Lizama, Jos\u00e9 de la Pe\u00f1a Ruiz de Ch\u00e1vez,<\/b> y <b>Ana Mercedes Castillo Carvajal.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Con esta renovaci\u00f3n, el Poder Judicial del Estado de Quintana Roo refrenda su compromiso con la legalidad, la institucionalidad y la impartici\u00f3n de justicia en beneficio de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En portada llevamos precisamente al <b>Mtro, Heyden Cebada Rivas<\/b>, quien es hijo del ingeniero D<b>on Heyden Cebada<\/b>, quien ha sido funcionario de gobierno en m\u00faltiples ocasiones y tambi\u00e9n muy participativo desde la iniciativa privada como presidente de los Peritos Valuadores. <b>Cebada Rivas<\/b> rindi\u00f3 su tercer informe al frente del Poder Judicial como m\u00e1xima autoridad.<\/p>\n<p>En otros menesteres, las vacaciones han culminado y las clases se retomaron.
