N\u00e1utica es el nombre de este lujoso residencial, que contempla amenidades y comodidades que, aseguran, marcar\u00e1n la diferencia, lo que indica que Canc\u00fan y Quintana Roo siguen siendo un atractivo importante en la industria de la construcci\u00f3n y de las inversiones inmobiliarias.<\/p>\n<p>Otro ejemplo que traemos en esta edici\u00f3n es La Salina, un atractivo residencial en Isla Mujeres, que incluye acceso al mar y vistas espectaculares.<\/p>\n<p>Y podemos seguir mencionando vastas construcciones habitacionales y comerciales en la entidad, pero tambi\u00e9n es importante ver c\u00f3mo el Gobierno, ya sea estatal o federal, gestionan y cumplen con dar tambi\u00e9n vivienda para los que menos tienen, as\u00ed vemos lo que han entregado en Playa del Carmen y Canc\u00fan a trav\u00e9s de SEDETUS e INFONAVIT.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es importante ver que la promoci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica que sigue dando opciones para que las oficinas de gobierno, como el Consejo de promoci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica y la Secretar\u00eda de turismo estatal, puedan participar en diversos foros, ferias, convenciones, y\/o todo tipo de eventos donde se promuevan tur\u00edsticamente los destinos quintanarroenses para ser mostrados antes los diferentes mercados.<\/p>\n<p>Positivo es ver que el Aeropuerto Internacional de Canc\u00fan sigue siendo el principal en el pa\u00eds en llegadas y salidas internacionales. Este es uno de los 16 aeropuertos que forman parte del Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (ASUR), que preside el egresado de la Universidad Iberoamericana de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Fernando Chico Pardo, empresario que hace unos meses obtuvo un 25 por ciento de las acciones totales del Banco Nacional de M\u00e9xico, mismo que ha dicho que quiere convertir a Banamex en un referente y en el banco l\u00edder de nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Esperemos que este mes traiga buenos dividendos al Caribe Mexicano, que aumente el porcentaje de ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera, y que los visitantes se lleven una
