{"id":89897,"date":"2025-12-10T10:57:11","date_gmt":"2025-12-10T15:57:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=89897"},"modified":"2025-12-11T10:57:52","modified_gmt":"2025-12-11T15:57:52","slug":"fortalecen-la-capacitacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=89897","title":{"rendered":"Fortalecen la capacitaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Socios operadores del Sindicato de Taxistas \u201cAndr\u00e9s Quintana Roo\u201d reciben curso de \u201cManejo a la Defensiva\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Sindicato de Taxistas \u201cAndr\u00e9s Quintana Roo\u201d llev\u00f3 a cabo un importante curso de \u201cManejo a la Defensiva\u201d, dirigido a socios operadores, con el objetivo de fortalecer la seguridad, la responsabilidad y la calidad en el servicio que ofrecen a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Se realiz\u00f3 en la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n y Previsi\u00f3n Social y fue encabezada por el secretario general, Rub\u00e9n Carrillo Buenfil, quien reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso del sindicato con la capacitaci\u00f3n continua.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n estuvo Nora Karina P\u00e9rez Avenda\u00f1, titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n y Previsi\u00f3n social; la subsecretaria Magaly Madera y la psic\u00f3loga Nancy Ruth Valdez.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el curso, cada \u00e1rea brind\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n clave para el desarrollo profesional de nuestros nuevos socios operadores:<\/p>\n<p>Secretar\u00eda de Trabajo comparti\u00f3 lineamientos esenciales para la operatividad laboral; Secretar\u00eda de Conflictos ofreci\u00f3 orientaci\u00f3n sobre los procedimientos internos y apoyo al operador; Secretar\u00eda de Auto Seguro explic\u00f3\u00a0las coberturas de protecci\u00f3n y la Subsecretar\u00eda de Actas y Acuerdos dio una pl\u00e1tica del funcionamiento de las plataformas digitales y herramientas de registro para los taxistas.<\/p>\n<p>El evento destac\u00f3 por su amplia participaci\u00f3n y la constante aportaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil para la mejora del servicio. Al cierre, se hizo entrega de diplomas a nuevos socios operadores, reconociendo su esfuerzo y compromiso.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
