El movimiento de Rotary Internacional fue reconocido por el Congreso del estado al cumplir medio siglo de presencia desde la creaci\u00f3n del primer Club Rotario Canc\u00fan, origen de una red que con el tiempo lleg\u00f3 a sumar 18 clubes activos en la entidad. El reconocimiento destac\u00f3 d\u00e9cadas de proyectos enfocados en apoyo comunitario, educaci\u00f3n, salud y fortalecimiento social. A lo largo de los a\u00f1os, el rotarismo se convirti\u00f3 en un actor silencioso del desarrollo local, impulsando iniciativas que muchas veces pasaron desapercibidas pero dejaron huella en comunidades del estado. La conmemoraci\u00f3n sirvi\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n para recordar que el crecimiento regional no depende \u00fanicamente del turismo o la inversi\u00f3n privada, sino de redes de colaboraci\u00f3n que han
