Chetumal.- Con el objetivo de mejorar la recaudaci\u00f3n, fortalecer las finanzas municipales y traducir los recursos p\u00fablicos en mejores servicios para la gente, el Gobierno del Estado y el Ayuntamiento de Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Morelos firmaron el primer Convenio de Coordinaci\u00f3n y Colaboraci\u00f3n Administrativa en materia de cobro de impuesto predial.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

El acuerdo fue suscrito por Martha Parroqu\u00edn P\u00e9rez, secretaria de Finanzas y Planeaci\u00f3n; Erik No\u00e9 Borges Yam, presidente municipal de Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Morelos; y H\u00e9ctor Jos\u00e9 Contreras Mercader, director general del Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria de Quintana Roo, acompa\u00f1ado por Wilfrido Us Mart\u00edn, tesorero municipal.<\/p>\n

Gracias a este convenio, el municipio contar\u00e1 con mayores ingresos propios, lo que permitir\u00e1 fortalecer \u00e1reas prioritarias como educaci\u00f3n, salud, seguridad e infraestructura social, impactando de manera directa en la calidad de vida de las y los habitantes de Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Morelos.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s de una mejor gesti\u00f3n del impuesto predial permitir\u00e1 acceder a m\u00e1s participaciones federales y a recursos adicionales del Fondo de Fomento Municipal, que podr\u00edan representar hasta 5 millones de pesos extra en 2026.<\/p>\n

Este esquema de colaboraci\u00f3n respeta plenamente la autonom\u00eda municipal, ya que el ayuntamiento mantiene intactas sus facultades constitucionales, mientras se beneficia de la capacidad t\u00e9cnica y administrativa del estado, reduciendo costos y mejorando la eficiencia en la gesti\u00f3n del impuesto.<\/p>\n

A la firma del convenio asistieron integrantes del Cabildo de Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Morelos, as\u00ed como Froyl\u00e1n Pascual de Jes\u00fas, subsecretario de Ingresos del Gobierno del Estado, adem\u00e1s de funcionarias, funcionarios municipales y p\u00fablico en general.<\/p>\n

Con acciones como esta, el Gobierno del Estado refrenda su compromiso de trabajar en equipo con los municipios para generar bienestar compartido, en congruencia con el Nuevo Acuerdo por el Bienestar y Desarrollo de Quintana Roo, impulsado por la gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa, que pone en el centro a las personas, promueve la justicia social y fortalece el desarrollo equilibrado de todos los municipios.<\/p>\n
