400;\">CHETUMAL.- El Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria de Quintana Roo (SATQ), en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Planeaci\u00f3n (SEFIPLAN), dio a conocer los nuevos elementos de seguridad que incorpora la tarjeta de circulaci\u00f3n correspondiente al\u00a0<strong>Canje de Placas 2026<\/strong>, con el objetivo de fortalecer la certeza jur\u00eddica, prevenir la falsificaci\u00f3n y modernizar el control vehicular en la entidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La nueva tarjeta de circulaci\u00f3n integra\u00a0<strong>siete elementos de alta seguridad<\/strong>, dise\u00f1ados para dificultar su alteraci\u00f3n o reproducci\u00f3n y permitir una verificaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s confiable por parte de las autoridades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre estos elementos se encuentran\u00a0<strong>microtextos<\/strong>, ilegibles a simple vista y no reproducibles mediante fotocopiadoras o esc\u00e1neres convencionales, as\u00ed como\u00a0<strong>logotipos impresos con tinta invisible (UV)<\/strong>, visibles \u00fanicamente bajo luz ultravioleta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, el documento incorpora una\u00a0<strong>ventana transparente de seguridad<\/strong>\u00a0y un\u00a0<strong>folio oculto UV<\/strong>, cuya numeraci\u00f3n coincide con el folio visible, ambos legibles \u00fanicamente con luz ultravioleta, lo que refuerza la autenticidad del documento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otro de los componentes es el\u00a0<strong>folio de control visible<\/strong>, \u00fanico e irrepetible, impreso en tinta de alta definici\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de un\u00a0<strong>c\u00f3digo QR<\/strong>\u00a0vinculado en tiempo real a la informaci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo registrada en el Registro Estatal Vehicular (REV) de Quintana Roo, lo que permite una validaci\u00f3n inmediata de los datos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalmente, la tarjeta cuenta con un\u00a0<strong>elemento \u00f3ptico<\/strong>, consistente en una pel\u00edcula hologr\u00e1fica metalizada de alta seguridad, dise\u00f1ada para impedir su remoci\u00f3n o alteraci\u00f3n sin dejar evidencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con la incorporaci\u00f3n de estos elementos, el Gobierno de Quintana Roo refrenda su compromiso con la modernizaci\u00f3n administrativa, la seguridad documental y la transparencia en los tr\u00e1mites vehiculares, como parte de las acciones integrales del Canje de Placas 2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight:
