Roo.- El Gobierno del Estado de Quintana Roo, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Planeaci\u00f3n (SEFIPLAN) y el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria de Quintana Roo (SATQ), impulsa la firma de convenios de coordinaci\u00f3n para el cobro del impuesto predial, con el objetivo de fortalecer las finanzas municipales y traducir estos recursos en m\u00e1s y mejores servicios para las y los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este esquema permite a los municipios mejorar su recaudaci\u00f3n de predial, al tiempo de incrementar sus participaciones federales y acceder a incentivos del Fondo de Fomento Municipal, fortaleciendo as\u00ed sus ingresos propios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada, ning\u00fan municipio de Quintana Roo hab\u00eda accedido a estos incentivos. Con la firma de convenios por parte de los municipios de Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Morelos, L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas, Felipe Carrillo Puerto, Playa del Carmen y Oth\u00f3n P. Blanco, podr\u00e1n recibir alrededor de 66 millones de pesos adicionales en 2026, recursos que anteriormente se perd\u00edan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para las y los contribuyentes, estos convenios representan una mejora significativa, ya que el SATQ apoyar\u00e1 en la recepci\u00f3n de pagos, brindando m\u00e1s opciones y canales \u00e1giles, accesibles y transparentes que faciliten el cumplimiento de sus contribuciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chetumal, Q.
