    M\u00e9xico D.F. 14 de mayo 2015.-\u00a0<\/strong>El d\u00eda de hoy Interjet inaugur\u00f3 su vuelo directo M\u00e9xico y Houston, con lo que se fortalece su presencia en el mercado de los Estados Unidos. Tras iniciar hace casi seis meses sus operaciones en Houston, Interjet est\u00e1 listo para expandir sus servicios hacia esa ciudad y brindar a sus pasajeros la mejor experiencia de viaje, a precios accesibles con una de las flotas m\u00e1s modernas del mundo compuesta por 53 aeronaves.<\/p>\n

    \u201cInterjet contribuir\u00e1\u00a0 a aumentar la competitividad a\u00e9rea de M\u00e9xico e impulsar la actividad econ\u00f3mica con uno de los destinos clave para el sector energ\u00e9tico, m\u00e9dico e industrial\u201d asegur\u00f3 la Directora de Relaciones Institucionales de Grupo Alem\u00e1n e Interjet, Gabriela Jim\u00e9nez. \u00a0\u201cEstamos muy contentos con la posibilidad de volar directamente de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico a uno de los aeropuertos m\u00e1s importantes del mundo y con mayor conectividad a nivel internacional, como es el de Houston\u201d coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n

    Por su parte, Mario D\u00edaz, Director de Aviaci\u00f3n de la Ciudad de Houston dio la bienvenida al nuevo vuelo de Interjet desde la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico al Aeropuerto Intercontinental George Bush, haciendo hincapi\u00e9 en la importancia de los fuertes lazos econ\u00f3micos y culturales entre Houston y Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n

    \u201cInterjet reconoce el gran potencial de crecimiento de Houston\u201d, dijo D\u00edaz. \u201cEn un periodo\u00a0 de tiempo relativamente corto, su equipo de liderazgo ha establecido operaciones y aprovechado las oportunidades de expansi\u00f3n. Este nuevo vuelo nos indica su alto compromiso son el mercado de Houston\u201d.<\/p>\n

    Por\u00a0 otro lado, Oscar Rodriguez Cabrera, C\u00f3nsul General de M\u00e9xico en Houston, dijo que este vuelo contribuir\u00e1 a comunicar a los usuarios del Aeropuerto Intercontinental George Bush con el Aeropuerto de Ciudad de M\u00e9xico que se encuentra entre los cincuenta aeropuertos m\u00e1s grandes del mundo y que adem\u00e1s ocupa\u00a0 el primer lugar en cuanto a su tr\u00e1nsito en Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n

    \u201cCelebramos que con este nuevo vuelo Interjet contribuya con el esfuerzo transformador que se est\u00e1 realizando en mi pa\u00eds, ya que se conecta la capital de M\u00e9xico con esta importante ciudad para la econom\u00eda de Estados Unidos\u201d dijo. \u201cPara la implementaci\u00f3n de la reforma energ\u00e9tica es muy valioso el v\u00ednculo entre la capital de M\u00e9xico con la capital mundial de la energ\u00eda y una de las principales ciudades del mundo en desarrollo aeroespacial\u201d asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n

    Interjet que atiende a 47 destinos, 38 en la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana y 9 internacionales tales como Houston, San Antonio, Nueva York, Las Vegas, Miami, Bogot\u00e1, Costa Rica, La Habana y Guatemala, cuenta con una flota de 39 Airbus A320 y 14 Superjet 100. Es la segunda aerol\u00ednea m\u00e1s grande de M\u00e9xico y la que m\u00e1s pasajeros transport\u00f3 en la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana durante 2014, m\u00e1s de 7.8 millones de viajeros.<\/p>\n

    La ruta M\u00e9xico-Houston ofrecer\u00e1 a sus pasajeros dos frecuencias diarias, una por la ma\u00f1ana y otra por la tarde para que los usuarios puedan elegir el horario que mejor se adapte a sus necesidades. Los boletos ya est\u00e1n a la venta con una tarifa promocional.<\/p>\n

    Houston es la cuarta ciudad m\u00e1s grande de los Estados Unidos y cuenta con los m\u00e1s grandes complejos m\u00e9dicos del mundo. Adicionalmente tiene una importante zona de museos, una amplia variedad de oferta hotelera y extraordinarios centros comerciales.<\/p>\n
