{"id":9474,"date":"2015-05-18T19:50:17","date_gmt":"2015-05-19T00:50:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=9474"},"modified":"2015-05-18T19:50:17","modified_gmt":"2015-05-19T00:50:17","slug":"instala-la-secretaria-de-turismo-la-primera-mesa-de-trabajo-sobre-la-gastronomia-mexicana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=9474","title":{"rendered":"INSTALA LA SECRETARIA DE TURISMO LA PRIMERA MESA DE TRABAJO SOBRE LA GASTRONOM\u00cdA MEXICANA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La titular de SECTUR, junto con el titular de la SAGARPA,\u00a0 resaltaron el compromiso del Gobierno de la Rep\u00fablica para identificar \u00e1reas de promoci\u00f3n en apoyo a la industria vin\u00edcola.<\/li>\n<li>Dio a conocer que se pondr\u00e1 en marcha una estrategia enotur\u00edstica en las diferentes regiones productoras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Secretaria de Turismo del Gobierno de la Rep\u00fablica, Claudia Ruiz Massieu, anunci\u00f3 l\u00edneas de acci\u00f3n y pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas espec\u00edficas en apoyo a productores de vino del norte del pa\u00eds, a fin de consolidar cadenas de valor en esa industria.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al participar\u00a0 en la \u201cPrimera Mesa de Trabajo sobre la Cadena de Valor de la Gastronom\u00eda Mexicana: Vino\u201d, resalt\u00f3 el compromiso del gobierno del Presidente Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto de trabajar y ser aliados para identificar los principales retos y \u00e1reas de oportunidad de la industria vitivin\u00edcola mexicana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, la industria mexicana est\u00e1 integrada por m\u00e1s de 200 bodegas y productores de uva para vino, ubicados en las diferentes zonas vitivin\u00edcolas. El 970 por ciento de las mismas se encuentran asentadas en Baja California y el resto en Coahuila, Quer\u00e9taro, Zacatecas, Guanajuato y Aguascalientes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ruiz Massieu habl\u00f3 a los productores de la regi\u00f3n de la necesidad de\u00a0construir una estrategia transversal e integral para impulsar la industria, para que la construcci\u00f3n de una estrategia enotur\u00edstica regional tenga impacto en la cadena de valor gastron\u00f3mica, mediante\u00a0l\u00edneas de acci\u00f3n, pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas espec\u00edficas y alineaci\u00f3n de programas que vayan desde apoyo a los productores hasta la articulaci\u00f3n de rutas tur\u00edsticas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLlevamos seis meses trabajando ocho Secretar\u00edas de\u00a0 Estado y nueve entidades del Gobierno de la Rep\u00fablica, en el dise\u00f1o de una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica encaminada a productos e industrias en regiones espec\u00edficas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En esta primera etapa, les dijo, queremos escucharlos y tener una radiograf\u00eda inicial para identificar \u00e1reas de oportunidad a desarrollar en cada estado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Reconoci\u00f3 que la estructura fiscal, el financiamiento, el fomento al consumo, normalizaci\u00f3n, tecnolog\u00eda, el desarrollo de producto tur\u00edstico, exportaci\u00f3n, comercializaci\u00f3n, aumento al consumo son algunos de los temas que tendr\u00e1n atenci\u00f3n especial.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, anunci\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de una matriz de acciones donde se integrar\u00e1n los temas recurrentes que afectan a los productores para darles soluci\u00f3n y lograr que esta cadena de valor de la industria vitivin\u00edcola, se convierta en una cadena de oportunidad.<\/p>\n<p>En el encuentro estuvieron presentes tambi\u00e9n, el gobernador de\u00a0 Baja California, Francisco Vega Lamadrid; el Secretario de\u00a0 Agricultura Ganader\u00eda, Desarrollo Rural, Pesca y Alimentaci\u00f3n (SAGARPA), Enrique Mart\u00ednez y Mart\u00ednez, el Director General de PROM\u00c9XICO, el Presidente del Instituto Nacional del Emprendedor (INADEM), el Director General del Consejo de Promoci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica de M\u00e9xico (CPTM) as\u00ed\u00a0 como el director general de FONATUR, H\u00e9ctor G\u00f3mez Barraza, entre otros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;
