El encuentro congreg\u00f3 a mil 200 participantes, quienes recibieron el conocimiento para elevar la competitividad en su \u00e1mbito de acci\u00f3n. Abri\u00f3 el panel de expositores Eduardo Albor, director general de Dolphin Discovery, como caso de \u00e9xito, seguido de J\u00fcrgen Klaric, con el tema \u201cNeuroventas, la ciencia de las ventas\u201d. Participaron tambi\u00e9n Adri\u00e1n Peregrino, director comercial de Spotify en M\u00e9xico, conocedor de las claves del nuevo entorno digital gracias a su expertise en estrategias de marketing y ventas; Tim Sander, exdirector de Yahoo; Ernesto Coppel Kelly, propietario de la firma Pueblo Bonito, y cerr\u00f3 el evento William Rodr\u00edguez, sobreviviente del ataque a las torres gemelas el 11
